I started Sandwich Gen Solutions because I wanted to help other adults just like me and my sister, who are overwhelmed with managing their own households and children while also trying to manage their parents — members of the “Sandwich Generation”.

I deeply understand the stress and strain of caring for multiple generations. When my husband and I decided to have children, we knew it would be overwhelming and stressful, but beautiful. We did not anticipate the added burden of caring for my aging parents and just how much we’d have to juggle on our plates. I quickly realized that my sister and I didn’t have the knowledge, tools, or resources in place to manage it all.
